#62 Your life won’t change if you don’t change your life!

You don’t follow your New Year’s resolutions anymore? Is it now too late for changing something in 2024? – NO!!!It is never too late to define targets for you, no matter if you define them later in February, in spring or in summer!

It is the most important that you realize that you have to change something - in your behaviour or in your mindset – so that something in your life can change! Because as Albert Einstein said: “It is the definition of being insane, to do the same things again and again and expect different results!”

To really make a change in your life, you learn in this episode, how you define the right targets for you. Start by brainstorming with these questions:

1.       Where would you like to be during the next month?

2.       Who would you like to spend your time with?

3.       What would you like to try?

4.       What would you like to do more often?

5.       What would you like to learn?

6.       What do you want to achieve?

7.       What is really important for you?

8.       What experience of the last year would you like to make again?

9.       What do you not want to tolerate anymore? And what do you want instead of it?

Identify your most important answers, and formulate your targets according to the SMART formula, also explained in this episode:

The podcast ‘Spotlight your TRUE self’ is based on three pillars:

·         Self-confidence & self-esteem

·         Managing your emotions

·         Concrete communication techniques based on NLP

And in each episode, you will hear about one of them.
