What happens if we have a phone call?
In this first 30 min phone call, I want to get to know you and hear about your situation.
If (and only if) I am fully sure that I can help you, I will suggest you a longer consultation, which is still for FREE, in which we can dive more into your wishes for the future and how I would support you on your journey.
How much does the coaching cost?
The investment depends on the scope and intensity that best fits your situation.
That’s why pricing is discussed transparently during the second free consultation, when we know what you actually need and whether the coaching is manageable and valuable for you.
There are no hidden costs and no obligation to proceed.
How can I book the coaching?
You don't have to make a decision for booking before we have not had our second consultation in which you can address all your questions and hear all details about how we could work together.
If you then conclude that you want to book, we will agree on your individual start date, schedule and I will send you an order confirmation with all details in written. Once you confirm, the booking becomes binding.
Can my employer pay for your work?
No, I don't work for companies but for private clients only. That's part of my philosophy as I want to provide you with the best possible service and support you in any decision you make for your career. Whether this is for the advantage of your current employer or not. Your well-being and success is the highest priority!
