I moved from Germany to Helsinki in 2019 and I immediately got a job here, although many people say that this is not possible as a foreigner in Finland. But I knew how to present myself successfully in my applications and job interviews.
Since 2019 I have quit my jobs three times, because I always had a better offer on the table to take the next step in my career. Nowadays, I work as a manager, I enjoy leading my own team and empowering people.
However, I see too many colleagues at work and candidates, who send me their applications, who don't manage to present themselves in the right way!
Even if they have great competence, it is not visible. And therefore, they don't get the job or the promotion.
To enable more people to show their true, powerful selves - this is why I have created this podcast!
