How to stand out and communicate with confidence - for a successful career!

"I was stuck in a vicious cycle of burnout and negative thoughts. Michaela coached me how to remind myself of my strengths while letting go of the past without suppressing my feelings. We are now working on a first job application together. Her input, as per usual, GOLDEN. I feel hopeful and energetic again. Thank you, Michaela!"

The meeting just ended.
And once again you are asking yourself

"Why was I not able to make my point?"

You are tired of being overlooked. You know what great value you would actually bring to the table - but nobody sees it!

Believe me, you are not the only highly-qualified professional who is struggling with that. Your competence is great. However, it doesn't seem to bring you further in your career.

Because your self-confidence and communication skills are on the low level.

Let this no longer jeopardize your career!
Make a decision for a change now!

What you simply want is

Shining and growing in your job.

Getting the recognition, the higher salary or the next promotion.

Finally having the professional success that all your hard work, knowledge and skills deserve!

You can have the great career you are dreaming of!
You 'simply' need to learn how to present yourself with confidence!

Employed in a corporate company

Hi, I am Michaela Kettner!

I moved from Germany to Helsinki in 2019 and I immediately got a job here, although many people say that this is not possible as a foreigner in Finland. But I knew how to present myself successfully in my applications and job interviews.

During the last 7 years, I have climbed the career ladder up to being a team leader and hiring manager. In this role screened hundreds of job applications myself and know the criteria who gets employed based on a good self-presentation.

Since 2022 I have coached people world-wide in applying for jobs, improving their confidence, communication and making better career decisions.

I am a frequent public speaker and hold keynotes in front of hundreds of people.
