1. Place your order
Fill out and submit the following order form. By submitting the form, you place a binding order for the online course.
2. Order confirmation and invoice
You will receive a personal order confirmation from my email address (info@michaela-kettner.coach). Check your spam folder in case you didn't receive it!
After this, you will receive an invoice over 89 EUR via email from the payment provider Holvi. This might take a few hours.
3. Payment
Please pay the invoice in full. Access to the course is granted only after payment has been received. You can speed up your access by putting the soonest possible transfer date when paying the invoice.
4. Create your access
After payment, you will receive an email with a link to create your personal access (email address and password) to the learning platform.
5. Access approval
I will approve your access manually. This may take up to 24 hours.
6. Start learning
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and can log in to the course platform and access all learning materials.
